Reading articles
You do not need an account to read anything on this site. We do not operate reader accounts and we do not sell a second store here.
What we collect
- Article views and outbound clicks. We record which article was viewed and which promotional link was clicked, with the placement of that link. These records contain no name, email address or account identifier.
- Newsletter signups. If you subscribe, we store your email address, optional first name, consent time, signup source, confirmation status and delivery history. We also keep one-way confirmation and unsubscribe identifiers so those links work without exposing a reusable credential.
- Contact messages. The name, email address, subject and message you submit through the contact form, kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting correction record.
Newsletter delivery
We use Resend to deliver confirmation and newsletter emails. You must confirm your address before the welcome sequence begins. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing cancels any later welcome email that is still scheduled. Addresses that bounce or report a complaint are suppressed from later sends.
Outbound links
Links to TPG Bioscience carry campaign parameters identifying this publication, the article and the position of the link. They never carry personal information about you. Once you follow such a link, the destination site's own privacy policy applies.
Legal basis and retention
We process newsletter data on consent, contact messages on legitimate interest in answering you, and aggregate readership counts on legitimate interest in understanding which articles are useful. Retention: [Retention period — pending verification].
