Who we are

Recomp Report is published by The Peptide Gallery, LLC, the legal entity behind this publication and its affiliated research-products business, TPG Bioscience. Business mailing address: 36633 Jennifer St, Newark, CA 94560. Privacy enquiries: support@thepeptidegallery.com.

Reading articles

You do not need an account to read anything on this site. We do not operate reader accounts and we do not sell a second store here.

What we collect

  • Article views and promotional links. We record which article was viewed, which promotional link was clicked, and when a promotional link is at least half visible for one second, with the placement of that link. These records contain no name, email address or account identifier. To avoid counting the same link repeatedly, we keep only article and placement markers in your tab's session storage, not a tracking cookie or reader identifier. We do not infer health conditions or personal interests from these events.
  • Newsletter signups. If you subscribe, we store your email address, optional first name, consent time, signup source, confirmation status and delivery history. We also keep one-way confirmation and unsubscribe identifiers so those links work without exposing a reusable credential.
  • Contact messages. The name, email address, subject and message you submit through the contact form, kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting correction record.
  • Founding creator applications. See the section below.

Founding creator applications

If you apply through our founding creator page, we store: your creator name, business email, the Instagram and/or TikTok profile links you provide, content category, country, optional audience size, your description of your content and why you would like to collaborate, the time you agreed to be contacted, whether you also asked for the newsletter, the page that referred you, and a one-way scrambled identifier derived from your connection that we use only to limit repeat or automated submissions. We do not ask for health, financial, tax or banking information — please don't send it.

Why: to review your interest in a possible partnership for an upcoming skincare collection and to contact you about it, based on the consent you give on the form.

How applications are reviewed: a member of our team looks at your answers and the public profiles you linked, may add private internal notes, and records a review status. No automated decision is made about you.

Who can access it: only Recomp Report administrators, through a password-protected tool. Applications are stored with our hosting provider and are not visible to the public, other applicants or editors without administrator access. We do not sell applicant information.

Not an affiliate account: joining the creator interest list does not create a TPG Bioscience affiliate account, referral code or any right to compensation. Any partnership would be offered separately, with its own terms.

Newsletter is separate: applying does not subscribe you to our newsletter. You are only subscribed if you tick the separate optional box and then confirm by email.

Retention: creator applications are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months after the applicant's last meaningful interaction with our program, unless the applicant requests earlier deletion or a longer period is required for legitimate legal or recordkeeping purposes. We review applications that reach this point before deleting them. If you ask us to delete your application or unsubscribe you, we may keep a minimal record (your email address and the date and type of request) so we can show what you consented to and make sure we honor your request.

Newsletter delivery

We use Resend to deliver confirmation and newsletter emails. You must confirm your address before the welcome sequence begins. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing cancels any later welcome email that is still scheduled. Addresses that bounce or report a complaint are suppressed from later sends.

Outbound links

Links to TPG Bioscience carry campaign parameters identifying this publication, the article and the position of the link. They never carry personal information about you. Once you follow such a link, the destination site's own privacy policy applies.

Service providers

We share personal information only with service providers that run the site for us: our website and database hosting provider (which stores article analytics, newsletter signups, contact messages and creator applications) and Resend (which delivers email). Our affiliated business, TPG Bioscience, is operated by the same team. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your rights and privacy requests

You may ask to see, correct or delete any personal data we hold — including a creator application — and you may withdraw newsletter or contact consent at any time. Email support@thepeptidegallery.com from the address you used, or write to 36633 Jennifer St, Newark, CA 94560.

To protect you, we only act on a request once we've verified it comes from you — usually by replying to the email address on file. We will not share applicant information with anyone we cannot verify. Our stated response target is within 45 days of receiving your request; this is not a universal legal deadline. Where applicable law requires an earlier response or acknowledgment, we follow that requirement. Identity verification does not restart an applicable legal response period.

California residents

This section is provided under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

  • Categories we collect: identifiers (name, email address), social media profile links, location at country level, professional information you choose to share about your content and audience, consent records, and non-identifying article view and click and promotional-link exposure counts.
  • How we use it: to deliver the newsletter you request, answer messages, review creator applications and contact applicants, prevent spam and abuse, and understand which articles are useful.
  • Who receives it: only the service providers listed above.
  • No sale or sharing for advertising: we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The site has no third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
  • Do Not Track: our site does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We do not use third-party tracking to follow you across other websites, and our own article counts contain no personal identifiers.
  • Reviewing and changing your information: email support@thepeptidegallery.com as described above.

Changes

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date below and note the change on this page. Where we have your email address and the change significantly affects how we use it, we will also tell you by email.
